Tinted.One Terms and Conditions

Tinted.One offers an online marketplace for uploading and downloading curated visual content. Users who create an account, known as "User Members," may download content through a Membership Account, subject to a separate Content License Agreement.

Your use of Tinted.One signifies acceptance of these Terms of Use. Tinted.One may update these terms, and your continued use implies agreement with any changes.

3. Use of Content and the Site

Users may not use the site for illegal purposes or upload malicious content. User Members may not download content with the sole intention of artificially increasing contributor rankings.

Tinted.One has the right to moderate content, suspend or terminate accounts, and change or discontinue services without notice.

7. Payments for Content

Content downloads are subject to pricing and payment policies. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

8. Membership Accounts

User Members are responsible for maintaining account security. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

9. Indemnification

Users must defend and indemnify Tinted.One against any claims arising from breach of the Terms of Use.

10. Limitations and Disclaimers

Tinted.One is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages or third-party content.

11. Term and Termination

Tinted.One may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Terminations are subject to the Terms of Use.

12. Miscellaneous

The agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. These Terms of Use are binding and constitute the entire agreement between users and Tinted.One.
